 I booked the shuttle before I left the UK to take us from the airport to Rodney Bay. I chose Janus Gayan because of the great reviews his service had.
The communications I had with his company were very clear and very thorough. You could pay when you arrived in US dollars or local currency or you could pay by credit card in advance and you were given a number, with which to identify your driver by. Emails were replied to promptly.We were met at the airport by a very pleasant driver who offered us refreshments and during the hour and a half journey, gave us loads of information about the places we were passing through and many useful tips. On the way back, the driver was equally pleasant and informative. The cars were great and the whole service really professional, helpful, efficient and friendly. On the way back, the driver got a phone call to say our flight was delayed, which was good to know. I highly recommend them Diane Comments are closed.
