Because I was traveling to another country, I took the initiative to try and get transportation established from the resort to the airport for my return trip. 

Janus was honest and professional. Returned my emails with my many questions immediately. Once there, I called him to confirm the airport pick-up and Jannas knew who I was and was extremely pleasant to speak to. 

When the day came that we had to leave, they were there early and helped with the bags and did everything you would expect. On the way to the airport (1 1/2 hour drive), we had a guided tour. 

Unexpected, but welcome. My 3 children loved it and he was very knowledgeable. I will be using him again when I return with my family and would recommend him to anybody and everybody traveling to St. Lucia.
