First, we were amazed at how prompt we got a response to our enquiry; It was within 10 minutes which was a pleasant surprise.

Upon arrival at the airport, we were welcomed by a very friendly agent who knew so much about the island and who also accompanies visitors on treks. Our resort offered us to use their taxi service on a couple of occasions and the difference was very clear.

​The hotel taxi member was only interested in getting paid and offer a taxi service whereas we were able to converse and learn so much about the island from the 2 drivers we used from your airport shuttle service. 

I need to add that your fees are very competitive, we compared the prices with the hotel and you were $10 cheaper and you feel like you are riding along with a friend or a family member.
