I've been a visitor to St Lucia since 1979 and a property owner in Rodney Bay and The Landings since 2004. I was fortunate enough to encounter Janus a long time ago and he keeps getting better. His cars are more comfortable and he only employs mature drivers. 

They don't sing along tunelessly to loud music, they don't drive with one arm out of the window, drumming on the roof, they don't shout at all their acquaintances or at the girls as they pass and most importantly they don't drive at breakneck speed through the villages when the kids are coming out of school. 

If that's what you want you have to go somewhere else. He also charges 25% less than the taxis at the airport so book early and give half your savings as a tip to your driver.
